Before any demolition or renovation, depending on the year of construction, a survey is required to identify harmful substances/materials (e.g. asbestos, PCB, lead, PAH, heavy metals...).

If these substances/materials are present in the structure, it is important that the structure be remediated. In order to guarantee a complete service to our clients, we have decided to manage directly also the reclamations as a complement to demolitions, without having to rely on subcontractors. We are recognized and authorized by SUVA for the reclamation.
